    1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    5. Refund and Exchange Resolutions:

    If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining balance may be refunded or provided as store credit.

    For hygiene reasons, certain items such as rashguards and spats can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
